Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment (business days exclude Hong Kong public holidays and weekends).
Processing time includes order verification, address validation, quality inspection, and packaging.
In case of stock shortages or other issues, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided at checkout to advise the expected processing time.

We offer the following shipping options (specific options shown at checkout):

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking number.

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on item weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method, and are clearly displayed at checkout.
Some promotions may offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount, as specified in the promotion terms.

Import duties, VAT, consumption taxes, or other customs fees incurred by your order are the responsibility of the recipient (unless stated as “tax included”).
Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order.
If a package is returned or destroyed because the recipient refuses to pay customs duties, fails to provide required customs clearance documents, or provides incorrect shipping information, we will issue a refund after deducting the actual shipping costs and handling fees (where applicable).

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address (including building number, floor, postal code, and recipient phone number).
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipment will require additional shipping fees paid by you.

We currently ship to most countries and regions. Please refer to the country/region list in the checkout dropdown menu for available destinations.
Some remote areas may not be eligible for door-to-door service or may incur additional remote area surcharges (we will notify you in advance).

If an order contains multiple items and some are sourced from different warehouses, we may split the shipment into multiple packages. You will only pay one shipping fee, and we will bear any additional split-shipment costs.

If a package is returned to us because the recipient was not available, refused delivery, failed to pick it up in time, or provided an incorrect address, we will issue a refund after receiving the returned package, deducting the actual round-trip shipping costs and handling fees.
If you wish to have the order reshipped, you will need to pay the shipping fee again.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the recipient once the package is handed over to the carrier.
If the outer packaging shows obvious damage or unusual weight, please refuse delivery on the spot, take photos as evidence, and contact us immediately.
Claims for damage or loss made after the package has been signed for may not be accepted.

We do not automatically purchase shipping insurance for regular orders. If you need insurance for a high-value item, please contact our customer service before placing your order. Additional insurance costs will be borne by you.
