Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping at HS TAT CO., LIMITED (Chinese name: 恆誠達有限公司). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this policy explains how to return an item, obtain a refund, or request an exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
You contact us to request a return within [e.g., 14 or 30 days] of receiving your order;
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original resalable condition;
All original tags, labels, packaging (including boxes, manuals, accessories, etc.) are intact and included;
The item is not one of the non-returnable items listed below.
Non-returnable items:
Perishable or rapidly deteriorating goods (e.g., food, flowers);
Personal care items (e.g., underwear, face masks) if the seal has been broken;
Custom-made or clearly personalized products;
Software, electronic gift cards, or downloadable digital products;
Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken;
Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (subscription items);
Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page.
3. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact us: Reach out to us via the contact information in Section 8 within [e.g., 14 days] of receiving your order, and provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if defective).
Obtain Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Items returned without prior authorization may not receive a refund.
Pack carefully: Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories and the order invoice (or packing slip). Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Choose a carrier: You are responsible for selecting a reliable courier to ship the item back. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and keeping the tracking number, as the risk of loss or damage during return transit is borne by you.
Notify us of dispatch: After shipping, please send us the tracking number and the name of the carrier.
4. Refund Method & Timing
Refund method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit card, Alipay, PayPal).
For some payment methods, an alternative refund account may be required; we will communicate with you separately if needed.
Refund timing:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within [e.g., 5-7 business days] .
If approved, the refund will be initiated within [e.g., 5-10 business days] . The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on the processing speed of your issuing bank or payment platform.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For quality-related issues (e.g., damage, wrong item sent): Return shipping costs are borne by us. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the actual shipping cost (receipt required).
For personal reasons (e.g., no longer want, wrong size or color ordered by mistake): Return shipping costs are borne by you.
If a partial return reduces your original order value below the free shipping threshold: We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
6. Exchanges
If you need an exchange (e.g., a different size or color), please return the original item following the return process above, and separately place a new order for the desired item. This will help you receive the correct item faster. For exchanges of defective items of the same model, please contact customer service for special handling.
7. Additional Rights for EU / Certain Jurisdictions
If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory cooling-off period, you may have additional rights (e.g., a 14-day unconditional withdrawal period from the date of receipt). Where local mandatory rules differ from this policy, the local rules will prevail. However, you will still be responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).
